Adjustment time

I spent some time last Sunday deciding the order of the eight stories going into volume two and the years they will take place in. Now that I have, I need to make some story tweaks to accommodate the order and dating.

This necessitated some significant changes when I was writing volume one and I don't expect this to be any different.
